Franconian final evening

As a grand finale we organise a Franconian evening with cold and hot buffet with home-made Franconian specialities (Obatzter, Franconian sausage salad …) and cannon carriage (bottle of Kalmus) for our guests. Our hotel musician invites guests to dance. The berry wine tasting is recommended.

Franconian barbecue evening

We organise a barbecue evening in nice weather. We offer Franconian barbecue specialities, e.g. neck of pork, BBQ belly, Franconian fried sausages or spit roast, pork knuckle and chicken. Served with a salad buffet and freshly backed farmhouse bread.

Schloßberg evening

We serve a 4-course menu with Franconian “Hirtensuppe” soup, ribs with dumplings and seasonal salads and “versoffene Jungfern” as dessert. Eat as much as you like!

Suckling pig or “Schäufele”

Served with Franconian dumplings and salad.
